  14. This Licence applies to the computer program known as "GSview."

  147. THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY

  162. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, 
  163. Australia, excluding choice of law rules.
